1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SwipeRip Chrome Extension and related websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. Software License

SwipeRip grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for competitive research, creative analysis, and internal marketing production.

  • You may save public ad creatives for reference, educational, and creative development purposes.
  • You may export transcripts, hook deconstructions, and generated creative briefs for commercial marketing campaigns.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the extension code in violation of applicable laws.

3. Public Ad Repositories & Fair Use

SwipeRip operates exclusively on publicly accessible ad registries, including the Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Google Ads Transparency Center, and Twitter/X public ad disclosures.

Transformative Analysis Standard

SwipeRip structures publicly available advertising data into analytical frameworks (0 to 3 second hook classification, problem agitation mapping, retention scores). You are responsible for ensuring that your resulting commercial creative assets do not infringe third-party copyrights or registered trademarks.

4. Data Ownership & Sovereignty

You own 100% of the creative swipe files, notes, tags, and script remixes stored in your SwipeRip database. Because all data is stored locally in your browser sandbox, you maintain complete custody over your research files. SwipeRip does not claim any intellectual property ownership over your generated creative briefs.

5. Platform Disclaimer

SwipeRip is an independent software tool and is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or certified by Meta Platforms Inc., ByteDance Ltd., Google LLC, or X Corp. All product names, logos, and brands referenced on this site and inside the extension are the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwipeRip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall SwipeRip or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the extension or reliance on generated creative scripts.
